Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Pre-order and processing time: velo is currently made to order. Orders are estimated to ship in spring 2027, and we will email you if that estimate changes. You will receive tracking information once your order ships. If we cannot ship within that window, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and location.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Order changes: If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your package has not arrived, contact us and we will help track it down.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
